Always slow to deliver. Lazy customer service. Asked for a donation for a Breast Cancer Research fundraiser and got no response from the area supervisor. Dissapointing to say the least.

What a bummer! Jimmy Johns is, in my estimation, the best sub money can buy. And the fact that they deliver is a HUGE bonus. But to advertise that they are«freakishly fast» and then show up over an hour later(when my office is 5 minutes away) is a real disappointment. I appreciated the driver’s concern that I was displeased, but no issue of a coupon or gift certificate was attempted. If you know you’re going to be that late, you’d think you’d try to «make it right». To JJ’s credit, they bring our office freebie sandwiches every once in a while. This is intelligent as we order food as a group quite often and, to this point, we often think of JJ’s first.

This Location is FREAKYSLOW! Ordered subs at work for lunch and it took hour and ten minutes to have subs delivered. Not the first time for this location to do this to us. But it will be the last time for me to order from them

I understand that Packers game days would make JJ’s busier than normal, but a smart manager would prepare for that and not only have two drivers working. They would also offer to comp an order if the original delivery was wrong and the customer ended up waiting 1.5 hours total for a sub. Unfortunately, this location is lacking in that sort of management, and my experience with them was awful.

Close to work, so it’s easy for a quick lunch. However the last few times I have gone, I have felt very rushed even at the register. I know they want to be freaky fast, but that shouldn’t affect the attention given to the customers in the store.

Given that the last Jimmy John’s near me was awful and I just stopped going because the service was so bad, this place is miles better! I usually get greeted as I walk in the door and my sub is always made so quickly! Half the time I am not even finished paying before they are finished making the sub. The other day there was a bit of a snafu where I was charged for two subs when I only ordered one. However, they asked if they could just give me cash back instead of refunding my card, so I took the cash because I need laundry money anyway. Overall, pretty pleased with them!

I can only speak from eating in the café. There were four other customers in there(about 5:30 on a weekday), and five or six employees. They were super energetic, quick and friendly. It also seemed really clean in there — cleaner than some JJ’s I’ve been in. Great job, guys! I’ll be back.
