My children attended this camp last summer and they absolutely loved it! So much so that they have spent all winter talking about it. The counselors are outstanding and my kids really miss them. I would highly recommend it to anybody!!!

My daughter absolutely loved going to Good Times! She can’t wait for camp to start again. She didn’t know any other kids there when the summer began, but that was never a problem. The counselors & other kids were all so wonderful. She went about one day a week, but would have gone everyday if she could. She was lucky to have the opportunity to enjoy summer being active and outdoors. I was concerned about them being outside so much, but she never got sunburned at all. We sent her lunch and our own sunscreen and never had any problems. It looks like they are making some changes to the lunch options so we might purchase lunches this year. I can’t wait. The location is wonderful and I felt confident that she was having a safe and wonderful time.

We Call this camp the«Disney World of WI». Our 3 kids ages 9.6, and 5 have gone here 5,3,2 summers now and ALLLOVE it so much. They can’t wait for the count down calendar to come in so they can count down the days until they can see their counselors and Cathlyn again. They do put the kids first and have given my kids more experiences then my wife and I could have ever imagined. I trust this camp 100% with the safety and happiness of my kids and they have NEVER let me down. We just returned from a trip to Disney World and even though we were there all three asked is camp going on? What are we Missing? When we got home, they insisted we go right over to camp so they could say hi to all their counselors and of course the owner Cathlyn. Now that speaks louder then any review a parent could write. I also need to mention that they do a GREAT job with special needs. My son has a 20% hearing loss on good days and up to 80% on bad days. This had us concerned around the pool or on field trips. We talked to Cathlyn and her counselors about this and that you may need to get his attention so he can tell you are speaking to him. They have always done this and he is having a blast. My kids are never bored, angry, sad, or hurt here. In fact they have so much fun they come home and pass out from playing so hard all day. Oh yea the reunions are a blast also and the kids can’t wait for them to see everyone over x-mas and Easter breaks. To be honest I wish I could go to this camp. Thank you to all the Goodtimes staff for all you do for our kids. We love you all.

Wonderful! Summer time experiences that will provide memories for a life time. Every summer my daughters can not wait for summer camp to start. All the counselors are professional, creative, engaging and caring. They truly put the kids first. No easy task during hot summer days outside… but day after day, my girls come home with smiles(and tired :-). This isn’t just a «camp». The kids that attend take care of one another because it’s the approach the camp takes. They are told and taught by example how important they are, how important it is to respect one-another and themselves. They are reminded daily that they have the power to set and accomplish any goal they set… and they are true stars. The owner has a heart of gold. My girls look up to her. Being a working(full time) single mom, I worry(and feel guilty) about how much time I don’t get spend with my girls. I wish I could be with them; however, knowing they are at Good Times I know they are well taken care of. I know they are allowed to be «kids», and that they will look back at these summer experiences with fondness. Truly blessed to have such great people in our life. I just wish I had a summer camp like that when I was a kid. Check it out in 2014 — you won’t regret it.

AVOID! A few yrs ago I sent my four kids to this camp. One of my son’s is autistic/Asperger’s, but high functioning. I specifically provided an organic sunscreen for my son and other kids to use in place of any commercial sunscreen. The first day the kids came home telling me the camp counselor s refused to let them use the sunscreen(prescribed by my NMD) and slathered commercial sunscreen all over my kids. I alerted the camp upon registration of the effects the chemicals in commercial sunscreen have on my son. He of course had an episode that evening after using the commercial sunscreen. I reminded the camp the next day of his«special needs» for the sunscreen I provided, they told me they would«try» to comply. Instead of making waves I put trust on them to «try» and also told my kids to just say«no» if they tried to use the other sunscreen. Well the camp counselor called one of my kids a «brat» and said«put on our sunscreen or sit in the building». After that day of camp, I called the owner, quickly I understood where the counselor s rude and angry attitude came from. She told me she didn’t have time to accommodate my «ridiculous needs» and told me if I couldn’t deal with it to not to bother to bring my kids back again… long story… I didn’t! How can you run a business like that? I know I am not the only one who has had problems with her, when I filed my complaint with the WI health and human services, there were other situations under investigations.
