Ordered a salad and an entrée, the halibut. 20 minutes later the salad comes out and I asked if the entrée was about to arrive, also. The food runner replied that they could hold the entrée so I could have time for the salad, which didn’t sound like a good option. They took the salad back and delivered the halibut, which appeared to have spent some time under a heat lamp. Dried out fish when expecting a pleasant meal was a big disappointment.
I really wanted to like this Marriott restaurant, especially due to the convenience when I’m staying at the hotel. However, I’d recommend passing on this «convenience» in the future.

Since the concierge lounge was closed, I was given a voucher for a free breakfast in the BLVD Kitchen and Bar. The breakfast was your typical Buffett style in addition to ordering from the menu. I walked up to the omelet station to place an order and watched the chef wipe off his counter top with a cloth, then, use the same cloth to wipe out the omelet pans!
When he asked me what kind of omelet I wanted, I told him I’ll pass and just have fruit and yogurt…

Seriously yummy burger! Juicy beef patty, soft pretzel bun and loaded with cheese, veggies (butter lettuce, tomatoes, frizzled onion straws and pickle) and bacon.
The fries were crisp on the outside/​moist on the inside and served with a side of spicy mayo.
A pleasant surprise for a hotel eatery that has my tummy happy! A yummy welcome to Waukesha.
