Fraudulent company. They took my money and did not complete the repairs on my Bosch washer. The repairman’s last visit to work on my washer was Dec. 19. No word from them about progress of work until I emailed and called on Jan. 4. They said they would get back to me and after numerous phone calls and emails no word. 15 more days have elapsed. No repair and I’ve been without a washer for 48 days. Repairman took the broken hose so I don’t even have that to give to another repair person to show them the problem.
