6⁄10 machines we used, were not working the way they should. We won a ton of games, and we never got our tickets. Very annoying. We asked the man working to help, and he wasn’t sure how to fix them. He said«sorry folk, you’re out of luck» and that was all. We won’t be going back to this place.

Great Prizes! Great value for the money. Perfect for family events or parties. The food is good too. Pleasant employees. If you’re looking for a fun affordable place to go, with good food, for families or birthdays or sleepover nights out, you won’t lose if you choose the People’s Choice. Handmade Pizzas, sandwiches, appetizers, even salads and ice cream! Adults and kids will enjoy their time here. We’ve been going for years.

The food is good and the games are fun, when they are working, but the environment is not the greatest and the employees are very rude. They seem annoyed when asked to help. We had a few games eat our tokens and when we told them they treated us like we were dumb for trying the games. If your machines aren’t working, put up a sign! I don’t think we’ll be back.

Mini golf was fun plus really cheap. This is the only indoor course i found so far. 18 hole for less than $ 10.

Pretty fun. Chuckycheese in the north suburbs. Cheap food and drinks. Games for everyone. Always fun when we come here

Unfortunately I found nothing about this place to be desirable. It began with several avoided e-mails and a series of «disconnected» phone calls. This eventually lead to me receiving information through an employee and also through a reputable arcade website which keeps tabs on game lists and store hours. My trip to this Fun Center lasted about 3 minutes. I made the Hour and a half travel only to discover that the game in question was in fact NOT at the location and I left feeling betrayed and heart broken. Additionally the location and surround area leaves a very bad impression. The parking lot was terrible i’m sure it’s a facility management issue with the property holder but that only backs up my first point. The location is terrible. Once the staff knew I wasn’t going to spend any money all bets were off. The bathrooms were pretty clean though.

From the outside, People’s Choice Family Fun Center looks worn and a bit long in the tooth, however… once inside, it’s FUNFUNFUN! They have the most amazing special deals every day of the week and they also offer all kinds of online bonuses. As a family of four, we can spend thirty dollars and have a large GOODTASTING pizza, a pitcher of pop and 80 – 100 tokens(depending on the day). Their games pay out a lot of tickets so the kids are always very happy. They have a very cool glow in the dark indoors miniature golf course that is a blast. While I like to keep this treasure under wraps, it’s too cool not to share.

Brought my 2 year old here on a Sunday afternoon in January along with my wife. It was our first time there. We’ve been to Chuck E. Cheese and GoBananas prior. Let me break it down with pros and cons. Pros — Large, plenty of space for kids to play — Lots of game choices and video games — Large menu choices and separate ordering space for ice cream! — Great selection for ticket redemption — Mini-Golf — Free parking Cons — Annoyed staff — Interesting clientele — Malfunctioning games I would wedge this place under GoBananas with Chuck E. Cheese on top. My 2 year old had a blast, my wife was harassed into translating someone’s complaint to the manager and I kept getting angry stares from some of the guys there. We didn’t try the Mini-Golf and since we’re not from the area, we wouldn’t rent movies there, but I suppose if you can’t tolerate the insanity of GoBananas and Chuck E. Cheese, The People’s Choice Family Fun Center isn’t such a bad place to go.

Good for what it is — a place where kids will have a blast playing skee ball and such for a couple of hours. Much better than Chuck E Cheese. Clean, well maintained, loud.

This place has been popular with friends for birthday parties and even a baby shower. Its been a ton of fun, the games are pretty fun and cheap, tickets are pretty easy to get and they have okay prizes. Our kids love it! Also we tried the mini golf and arcade on our second anniversary because we were looking for something different to do, it was fun for us adults too. The glow-in-the-dark mini golf was neat, not expensive either… I guess to each their own but we keep having a great time here. Doesn’t hurt to check it out if you’re in the area, I definitely suggest it. They have a lot of great deals on tokens… I think it was in August they did double tokens on Tuesdays or something, and aside from that we got 100 tokens for twenty bucks… and a lot of the games only take one token with a good ticket payout. Will be coming back here many more times.

Only came here for the minigolf. It was a nice course for an indoor place, but the golf club handles were sticky, and there was garbage on the floor. Good course, but could be kept cleaner!

If you’ve ever been to Chuckie Cheese, this place kicks the crap out of them. Ten times the amount of games, way better selection and quality of prizes. There is a mini golf course, but I didn’t try that as well as a pizza restaurant that I didn’t try either. I have to admit there is a little bit of a trashy vibe to the place, it is evident that they crammed all this goodness into a place that used to be a really old Walgreens or Ace Hardware or something. What it is lacking in polish it more than makes up for with pure fun factor. Definitely up there with the greats as far as family fun centers.

This place houses an 18 hole glow-in-the-dark miniature golf course, arcade games, and a snack counter that serves hot dogs, pizza, and drinks. I had been here before for a birthday party and felt like this place has the makings of a Chuck E Cheese, but cleaner. The arcade and mini golf kept the kids entertained for a whole afternoon and after scoring a coupon on the internet I purchased 160 tokens for $ 20.(Look around I found it, but trying to find the link now to post in the review, I can’t seem to find it). The mini golf prices range depending on the age of the player. $ 5 — $ 7 for one round. There are specials depending on the day you visit so check out their website before driving up. Have Fun!
