P.S. Flowers & Balloons

Terrible, terrible terrible! I purchased flowers for a friend who lives in the Wauconda area on their internet site and what they sent was garbage. I ordered the premium package and they sent wilted roses with purple flowers that were not the lilacs I wanted in the photo. Avoid them.

Today was the first time I’ve ever sent my wife flowers on St. Patrick’s Day. After doing some quick searching for a local florist near my wife’s job I came across PS Flowers. After reading their reviews I felt comfortable and decided to give them a shot. I was very happy with how friendly and pleasant the lady was who helped me with my order. The price quoted with delivery seemed fair. Later that day the texts start rolling on my phone from the wife! OMG, she was in shock! First of all, that I sent flowers. Then, how beautiful the arrangement was! She was the talk of the office! Everyone passing by had to check them out and admire them! Everyone wanted to know where they came from also. Thanks PS Flowers! You didn’t let me down! Plus, your company got great exposure on this delivery! Lol

Wow! Ordered an arrangement over the phone for a bridal shower, gave a quick description of colors, size, price… they nailed it. I live long distance so wasn’t going yo be there to see what was delivered. I received texts and phone calls Friday evening, with so many compliments and thanks for the most amazing arrangement. Thank you Deb and PS for ‘delivering’ a beautiful work of art! Great job!

Had flowers sent to my grandma. I chose the option where the florist picks out the best flowers and puts together a one of a kind arrangement. It. Looked. Amazing! Very impressed.

I order flowers every year my wedding anniversary. They do a great job of always having white stock in when I call in advance. Thank you for always being there every year to make my wife happy.

I have been a customer for 19 years and have not ever had a bad experience. I have used PS for personal and for business events– they have always taken my vision and made them into reality. The owner has a heart of gold and will go beyond the call of duty to make her customers happy. I have been there to pick up an order when she has received a call from another customer who was running late from work and asked if she would stay open for him, so he could buy a single rose. Now that is customer service with compassion to me! :)
