Eric and his team have helped us with our tree needs for 2 years now. They have trimmed trees, removed them, and come over in a tree emergency. So far we have had to remove 58 trees due to emerald ash Beatles, and 14 due storm damage. Eric came over the day of the storm, and immediately cut the trees leaning towards the house and made sure we (and our home) were safe. The guys then came back a few days later and took out the damaged trees.
Why not 5 stars? They are slightly more expensive. However, this is definitely a case of you get what you pay for. The guys are in proper safety gear, well trained, insurance… When you get quotes ask about the insurance coverage and if it covers tree climbing. Get specific information. Also ask what is included.
We have never had any surprise charges or extras. Their quotes have been accurate.
The equipment is clearly well cared for. If they are rolling heavy equipment over your driveway, they lay out mats to prevent damage.
Our yard has always been left clean. The workers are all very professional.
