I’m giving them such a low rating because the rep never showed up for my estimate! I called to set up a home estimate and the rep said the next night would work, although late. I asked him to just call me tomorrow to finalize the time so I could be ready (i.e. not be in my pajamas with my wine). By 5 pm I hadn’t heard from him, so I called and left him a message. By 9 pm I figured out that he wasn’t showing up, and there hasn’t been a followup phone call or anything. Either the company is unreliable or have poor customer service, but either way I’m going elsewhere!
