I had an urgent computer crisis, after my laptop crashed and the hard drive was not readable. I walked into RV’s, and they gave me immediate attention and swift service — salvaging my hard drive, and stepping me through everything I needed to do. AND — the charges were very very reasonble. I had expected to have to pay handsomely — they were exceptionally fair and gracious. I would highly recommend them.

I brought my PC in for what I thought was going to be a simple, cheap fix (about $ 80 and maybe half a day). After taking over a day just to look at it, I was told it was going to be almost as much as a new PC to fix it and would require waiting up to 4 days for some parts, so I said «no» and took my computer back. I took it to a shop in Capitola and they said give them $ 60 and 2 hours to fix it. I said yes to that and as I was leaving the PC with them I noticed that RV’s had forgotten to put the screws back in the case. The place in Capitola did a great job too. This reaallly should be a special case for giving 0 stars!
