Mike and Chad came by to fix my wall heater that was not working. He was able to squeeze me into his busy day so I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment. He had my heater up and running in less than 30 minutes. I found him to be professional, skilled and friendly. I would recommend him highly to anyone that needed high quality service.

Mike Ronzano continues to impress by his commitment to meeting the customers expectations and standing behind his installations. He also fixed a problem that a carpet installer caused and did so in such a way as to help out the installer. Be clear regarding what you want with Mike — then let him deliver/​install it it. Mike is one of the good guys that gets the importance of customer service.
