First Class Animal Control

Avoid this business like the plague! This business is a total scam, and the owner has tried to escape previous complaints with frequent business name changes (see anything at the BBB or on the internet about Official Animal Control). Their «guaranteed results» are a total joke. The owner talked a great game about his squirrel removal/​repulsion technique, and added that he also saw signs of mice, so would treat that, as well. The squirrel was still present a week later, and when asked about his next steps, Danny Hoff, the owner, claimed there was nothing more he could do unless several thousand dollars worth of additional work was done. I trapped the squirrel myself with 2 hours and a $ 35 trap. I contested the charges with my CC company, and Danny called to threaten collections and a lien on my property. Also claimed that he was going to have the county condemn the building because of mouse infestation (really hilarious, since I’d paid him for «guaranteed results» in removal of mice!).
«First Class» stickers are already off his truck, so watch for another name change!
Addendum: I filed an «information only — no action required» complaint with the BBB and received another voice mail (yes, recorded!) from Danny again threatening liens and condemnation.
