Had to get some gas and stopped here because it was closest to the highway and was a little cheaper than elsewhere. Selfish service but you had to pay first — really weird.
I had to go inside to get some water and while there wanted to get some candy. TAX ON CANDIES??? Return DEPOSITS on Poland Spring water bottles. Sigh, i didn’t know. I had a $ 10 on me and my stuff cost $ 9.99. With tax, 11.69. Guess what? I didn’t have enough and looked pretty foolish… lol. had to go back out and get a couple of bucks to get my stuff… lol.
The cashier seemed awfully surprised and wondered where I was from. BOSTON! Oh that’s why… hahaha… 2 stars because it wasn’t super great but passable.
