I can’t believe nobody has reviewed People’s yet. Perhaps, like me, they were searching for some variation on «People’s Hair Design», the most common name of the place. It took me a lot of searching before I finally found this listing.
Anyway, People’s is a Waterville institution. It’s THE place to have your hair treated right. I haven’t personally experienced their skin and massage services but I’d expect them to meet the same high standards. Linsay did a great job rescuing my hair from a mess (of both cut and color) made by a stylist at another salon, and she did so in a nice, professional, low-​key way, with minimal drama. Shannon also comes highly recommended by my friends. You’re in good hands here.
