We had an absolutely unbearable experience with this place. My mom was put in here for rehab with 2 broken legs. She needed help even going to the bathroom. There were nights when she had to wait hours for someone to come in and help her to the toilet. The weekend were the worst! I spent a whole day there on a Saturday and it took me asking 4 times and 3 hours for them to clean out her portable toilet. They waited 12 hours past her medication time to bring her the pain pills she needed. They let her go 12+ hours without water. They were rude, unprofessional, and just down right inappropriate when handling patient care. Do not go here. We had nothing but problems and thank god she’s out now!
