Never get into a accident and call this place they are a big rip off… Over priced and take advantage of people at there worse. I wasn’t even allowed to keep my truck on there property well I waited for a tow. They told me if I did they would call the cops. They made me drive my truck on the rd after my truck got rolled over. To stuck on themselves there reason why they change so much they told me and my husband that they just got a bran new tow truck they had to pay for… Yeah for over charging people. Look at the trucks compared to the rest in waterville area.

The whole team here is great. Fair prices, excellent quality, and they won’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. It’s not fancy, but they have free coffee/​tea in the waiting room. I have been using Ace as my mechanic since 2013.

First time here. Excellent customer service with friendly, helpful and informative staff. Brought my car in for an oil change and 90,000 mile tune-​up. Everything was thoughtfully explained and service time and charges were definitely reasonable. Very clean, good free coffee and fast Wifi. Overheard them offer to work through lunch to get an elderly gentleman’s car done sooner so he wouldn’t have to wait as long. Would definitely recommend them and I will come back.
