Master Wok

Cheap for sure, average Chinese fast food kinda like Panda Express. Greasy and not healthy but tasty and what more to expect for this price. Could be a good choice for a bite of orange chicken and stuff.

Food was tasty, but they are no longer staffed … At all. The lights are on but no one is home. I can’t give them five stars if they are not open.

Portions were good, food was decent and at a cheap price, but God the service is terrible
And I’m not referring to a simple hello or goodbye, or even a thank you
Staff didn’t even bother acknowledging you, simply asking with a rude attitude what you want to eat, to just dump in a plastic container and give it to you so you can leave them be in their misery
Oh, and asking for a plastic bag apparently is frowned upon
Will NOT go back to the place

Decided to give Master Wok another try, and i am pleased to find out that their staff has greatly improved

I think you know what you get when you eat at this chain … substandard, greasy Chinese Food. I will not belittle the person (my son included) who likes this place. What I can not abide by is the rude and bad customer service. I saw it happen to three other people and then they did it to me.
What I ordered was General Gao’s Chicken which comes with rice (I asked for white rice not fried and in a separate container) and 2 egg rolls. The chicken with rice is $ 5.69 and each egg roll was rung in separately. They proceed to charge me for the white rice. I pointed out that the chicken comes with the rice and she said they were in separate containers (my son has special needs and he hates the food touching thing) and therefore separate items. She proceeded to belittle my child for wanting the food separate — never during this was it about the container (which I would understand if they were charging me for) but about the rice. I figured it was not worth fighting over the $ 2.00, so I paid it and moved on (and will not go back again).
What I witnessed next was unforgivable — they charged a young teen double for what she ordered and when she came back to show them that this is what they did, they gave her lip and refused to give her her money back. They accused her of «hiding» the other portion that they never gave her. Then the woman claimed it was another person who rung her up and she knew nothing about it (another lie because I saw this woman ring her up). The mom came back with the kid and it was a big stink. I watched this happen 2 other times — these are not mistakes people, they charging you for stuff and hoping you won’t notice.
Life is too short for this shit — BUYER BEWARE!
