Domino’s Pizza

I’d rather starve to death than order another pizza or food from this place, the sauce is overly sweet, the pizza undercooked and soft, the wings are from pigeons, tiny, slimy, bones with skin, just awful. I should have known better that to try order from this miserable place. the person answering the phone spoke poor english, the delivery guy was blasting music from his car in front of the house, cripes, what a disaster!!! Never Again! David L. must work for the company or must have been paid to leave that 5 star review! Anybody in there right mind will attest that this place TOTALLY sucks.

We where driving by when a delivery driver almost hit our car and we swerved our of the way to not get hit I called the store right away and talked to tony the store manager. To tell him about one of his drivers he yelled at me and said very inappropriate things. Just thought I would share

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! It’s always on the slow side but tonight they just lost a customer. Ordered over an hour and a half ago, called twice and was put off rudely, when I asked for a refund because of the poor service I was refused. When the pizza actually did show up nearly two hours after ordered, it was stone cold. Told them we didn’t want it and ordered from a local pizza joint. WTF Dominos, you have some seriously messed up sense of customer service.

I just ordered for delivery and the guy who picked up the phone seemed to be annoyed before I even ordered. If you don’t like your job… go find another one. No point of you trying to ruin people’s day/​night with an attitude.

Pretty consistent with their quality, which is pretty good. My gripes are that they often don’t give you the sauce you ordered (at $.60 per cup) or they give you the wrong one. They also charge something like $ 2.50 for a delivery fee.

Robbie _​_​_​, the manager at the Watertown Domino’s is unreal! I have never had an encounter like what I just experienced with Robbie. When I told him he was being rude, he said, «I know. I am rude.» so matter-​of-​factly.
Another manager, gave me a pizza that was partially burned and told me that the next time I order, I could get a free pizza. When I called today to claim the free pizza and buy two more, he told me in so many indirect ways that he would not honor it. He just lost the opportunity to sell two large pizza’s and my continued patronage. How idiotic. Need-​less-​to state, I was not able to order the pizzas for my sons and their friend. I’ll order from Pini’s exclusively from now on.
When I called back to get his last name, he said, «It’s none of your business!» and hung up on me. Well, for those of you who do not mind or care if an establishment disrespects other customers, I am sure you will keep giving them your money. But, remember, the poem «First They Came» and the concept of collective community response.

I wish I could give this sorry excuse for a restaurant negative stars. I have ordered from them 3 times now and even time they screw up worse than the last time. first order I got the wrong food. I called and they said they would resend the right order. never happened.2^nd order I ordered 50 dollars worth of wings and they sent plain wings. when I called they sent the driver over with a bag of Buffalo sauces.3^rd order driver went to the wrong place then refused to come to where I originally said. said he was going to leave with my food if I didn’t come get it.

I really like the company’s turn around. It took balls to pull it off but the food is now not only edible but pretty good. Specifically, the arsenal st. location has nice people who work there but seem under staffed.

Pizza is very good and delivery is fast. But the chicken wings are from mini chickens or Cornish hens. Teeny tiny wings. Not worth the money and leaves you hungry.

The worst. Not surprising from a Domino’s.
We ordered a pizza tonight, and something went wrong with the order. Somehow the Dominos app removed all toppings from our pizza. We ordered a Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. Called the store and spoke with the manager who refused to help/​refund/​replace the pizza. We literally had a circle of toasted bread delivered — no sauce, no cheese, no chicken, no bacon, literally nothing. I told the manager they should have called me. Manager said it was my fault. No one in their right mind would order a speciality pizza and then remove all the toppings. Manager refused to provide contact info for the regional manager or provide any other recourse other than to buy another pizza. Worst customer service ever. They just did not care at all.
Oh, and the side of garlic sauce came delivered opened already.

A bunch of knuckle-​draggers who don’t give a sh! t about customer service. Every time I order, they are rude. Sucks because I like their food. I just won’t be ordering from this one ever again.

Ordered the other night. Really good pizza. I had the pan crust with pepperoni and sausage. Lots of cheese and toppings, cooked well. Can’t ask for more. I also had the specialty chicken with bacon and tomatoes. Also very good. Chicken is surrounded with a ring of crusty cheese. AWESOME. The price is great. $ 13 total for both. Delivery time was great. Domino’s has really raised its game in the past few years.

I order pizza from this Dominos regularly because Dominos actually has a decent gluten free pizza (crazy expensive) but good. However, what they lack in is consistency, quality, and customer service. Since I work in the food and bev industry I know that you must have a standardized recipe. I also know that consistency is the main reason for this.
When i order pizza from this particular store i always get the same thing a gluten free pizza with extra feta cheese, green peppers, and onions. Every time i get my pizza it is completely different in some way. Normally i just pass it off and eat it but tonight i just couldn’t. My pizza is so overpriced to begin with that when i receive it, it should be perfect. Tonight i received my pizza with a few pieces of feta on it, and it was cut into 16 square pieces as opposed to 6 triangles.
So i decided to call the store to see if i was charged for extra feta. The guy on the phone said yes you were charged 1.50 i told him i really didn’t get even a regular amount and that every time i order my pizza comes out differently despite my order staying the same and because of this i was seriously thinking about not being a customer anymore. His response was «ok». After which i responded okay? that’s it? he did offer afterwards to have a driver return for this pizza and make me a new one and have it delivered. It’s already 8:30, i want to eat. I could hear the attitude in his voice and asked for his managers voice mail to which he responded he doesn’t have one. I called him out on lying about it and he got angry and hung up the phone. I got angry and called back and asked for his managers name to which he gave me but said he didn’t know his last name.
This kid was really yelling at me over the phone like we were about to fight in a club (i am a woman and he was definitely a man with a complex). Real classy. Send your employees to a customer service class. Your food sucks, your service sucks, and i haven’t actually been inside your store but if you employees care that little about service i doubt they care much about food safety. You’ve lost a solid customer (roughly 1 way overpriced gluten pizza per week sometimes more). I will also make sure none of my friends order food from dominos and i am also filing a formal complaint with the corporate office.

I’m not a big fan of Dominos, I’ve never really liked their pizza, but recently a friend and I decided to give it a try again, since they changed their pizza recipe a few years back, and recently added a gluten free pizza to the menu. We were pleasantly surprised. Now, don’t get me wrong, Papa Gino’s and Papa John’s are still better, but Domino’s is actually decent now. My friend actually liked the Gluten free pizza better than most of the other she’s tried. We got delivery so I can’t really speak to the service, but Dominos is a decent option for delivery pizza now.

I haven’t ordered from any Dominos in a long time because (since before they changed their so-​called recipe) because its always just been «blah» — not bad but not great either. Plus they don’t always have the best delivery people. They either have an attitude, or just don’t say anything at all, or are just kind of «meh» looking (not to sound superficial, but you want the person you see bringing your food to you to look half decent).
I’m not a huge fan of Upper Crust. We usually order pizza from Not Your Average Joes, but you have to be in the mood for their different pizza. What I have been really wanting lately is just a basic pizza. Crisp but thick/​fluffy crust, tomato sauce, cheese & basic toppings. The only place I knew I could get that was at Dominos. We decided to take our chances last night and order a couple pizzas. I’m glad we did.
Our pizzas arrived just on time. They followed my note to call when they get here because I have no door bell and am on the 3^rd floor. They were piping hot (no need to heat up in the microwave unlike sometimes we have had to do from other places).
The delivery guy was nice & friendly. Looked like a decent kid. The pizza actually tasted very good, nice amount of toppings (not one or two slices with most of the toppings on it, or how some places put hardly anything on it). Nothing was burnt, they were basically perfectly made pizzas.
To sum it up, it hit the spot.

This is the second time that the store forgot the marinara sauce with the breadsticks order. I checked it and let the delivery guy know and he mentioned he will get it. After waiting for approximately 30 mins, I called the store and all they said was they are busy and cannot send it for an hour. I asked them to give me a credit for the breadsticks order to which he said he will put a note for next time and said he is busy and hung up. Really frustrating behavior. Will never order dominos again.

Be careful. Do not use the Dominos app. I did, using the coupon tab my ordered was delivered wrong twice a follow up call by the manager (I assume) made me out to be a liar. I used the online order without an issue. But I won’t order from them again without at least an apology
