This is true. Body shop here did a miracle job on my brand new Toyota.
My new TUNDRA was in for routine service and Toyota of Watertown Service crashed my new car !
I did not pay, so I can’t comment on the cost. Toyota paid. There was significant damage, not just a scratch. You hand over your new car to Toyota and ‘smash’, they screw it up.

I recently went to Coach & Carriage after being hit and talk about customer service! I highly recommend Joey and his team. He kept me informed throughout the process. Even dealt with my awful insurance company when they hassled me over the rental car. They go above and beyond and it was much appreciated.
Also Enterprise is right around the corner.
