Kind of pricey for an oil change. Didn’t give full service as website advertises. Next time I’ll wait a day for NTB I would have spent less and got far superior service.

Didn’t have tires in stock so I had to order them. After two weeks I call to check the status (they were supposed to call when they came in). «Oh yeah, we have them here.» So I SCHEDULE an appointment for 6 pm. When I get there, the place is dead. After an hour and a half I ask how much longer. They acted as if they had no record of me. Finally a guy comes back and tells me it will be another hour and a half. I ask why and he says he has no idea. At least the younger worker was more honest and said because they had just put it on the lift.
I was stranded for 3 hours without a vehicle, as I didn’t plan on it taking this long. From now on, I’ll gladly pay more to go elsewhere.

Went in looking for 3M fabric adhesive. They had what I was looking for but the price was extremely high. They had an alternate product I hadn’t seen elsewhere that was significantly cheaper. Took it up to the register and it scanned only a dollar cheaper than the first product.
I spoke up and they ran a price check, the clerk stated that the product was in the wrong place. ALL six cans of this stuff are in the wrong place and that’s my fault? So the store lost a $ 10 sale because they couldn’t price adjust $ 3.
Cashier was unfriendly and acted like I kicked a puppy when I refused to give my zip code.

Selection can be lacking at times so calling ahead to ensure they have it might be a wise choice. It is a good place to find things you weren’t looking for also. Staff I’ve run into have been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I had questions.
