Amazing sushi here! Especially for such a small town. I won’t get sushi anywhere else around here.

This place has really stepped it up since i first started coming. I personally come for the sushi because it’s the best within the area and some of the best I have ever had prepared for me. The owner is an excellent sushi chef, and sometimes add extra rolls for you to try with no charge. The staff here are very friendly and if you are a regular they remember your name. My take out orders are always correct, the bathrooms are always clean, this place is just a great place to eat quality oriental food.

Stopped for dinner on our way through town. Good food, good prices, good service. Will definitely stop in again the next time we’re in the area.

Good sushi and nice relaxing atmosphere! We wouldn’t have thought this little gem would be in this little town, we will be back!

It’s not just the First Dragon restaurant moving; it’s the addition of Japanese cuisine and much more(though no hibachi). Now it’s super clean, excellent atmosphere, and still the same great service! Not only can you get sushi in Waterloo; but the price for 3 maki rolls: $ 10.95 is excellent! Like the La Fiesta Brava(Mexican place next to it); you can go there hungry and start eating right away as they have fried noodles and sauce for you as soon as you’re seated. Was worried that I wouldn’t get filled up on their mere $ 3.95 large bowl of wanton soup. — It filled me and hit the spot. Sorry La Fiesta Brava: You now have competition in Waterloo!
