This is what a dinner should be, just good old fashioned dinner food, friendly service, friendly customers and did I mention good dinner food and lots of it. You need a nap after you finish this meal.

The customer service is excellent! They are quick on their feet and the food is amazing! My family and I always try to get there early so we won’t have to wait too long. But when we wait, it’s totally worth it! Homemade food, HUGE portions and decent prices for what you get. If you haven’t been yet, bring a family member or a friend and try it out. I’ve gotten so many people hooked cause it’s amazing! Best breakfast in the Cedar Valley!

Delicious! No small portions here! Old school jukebox at every booth. Prepare to wait, this place is never slow!

Stuck in the 19th century. They do not take credit cards. Servers do not inform of this, not there is an obvious sign. This place is for locals only.

So freaking good. Had eggs over medium, bacon and hash browns with cheese. Everything cooked absolutely perfectly. Bacon thick and cooked well. Was surprised to American cheese on hasbrowns but it really worked. Best hasbrowns I’ve had in years.

I have waited outside the door up to half an hour in ten below zero weather to eat at this establishment. The hash browns are to die for!!!

The place is always full and with line, but it is a signal that the food is great! We really like the Terry‘s omelete and cinnamon pecan roll. But the price is not the best one and they don‘t acept credit card.

This is one of my favourite breakfast spots in the Loo. The atmosphere is always friendly and service is generally fast. Cash or check only tho! Pancakes the size of platter plates and delicious! Omelettes are amazing cinnamon rolls are always fresh. Definitely worth checking out if you have never been but watch for a line during rush morning hours on the weekends.

This is one of my favorite breakfast joints. World’s greatest and biggest pancakes. Might be a bit of a wait during peak hours but it’s still worth it. The staff is friendly and the prices are about what you’d expect. Just remember cash is king and make sure you bring some.

Classic American fare with very good flavor(butter!) & large portions. Five of us had breakfast with absolutely no complaints. The place is small so a challenge for parties over six people. If there is more than two parties ahead the overflow will be outside front door so don’t be too discouraged if there is a small line outside since there is just no room to wait inside. Cash only.

Yes they recently raised their prices, but no matter they are still wicked awesome. A true greasy spoon.

Food is pretty standard fare but the draw here is the quantity. I ordered a pecan pancake and balked a little at the price until I saw it. Kid you not, it was at least 12 inches in diameter and ¾ inch thick and full of pecans. I had to take a break to finish it. My son ordered a ½ pound cheeseburger and it was similarly huge. He had to cut it up into sections to eat it. If you go here, be starving or take a tableful of friends to share the food.

Old school, baby. Old school. Real deal diner with basic breakfast food, the grill by the counter, waitresses that won’t put up with your crap, and patrons who are actually engaging in conversation instead of staring at their phones. I’m glad I got up early to check it out because this place gets crowded and it’s not very big. I had the basic bacon, eggs, and hasbrowns breakfast and it was perfect. I saw the B & G walk by a couple of times and that looked delicious too. Take your cash and a big appetite and you’ll leave happy.

Had a bad experience on today at Morg’s my wife and I waited for a table to be cleaned and they never did clean it after we sat at the dirty table for almost 5 minutes so I went home and made some pancakes bigger and better than Morg’s

Hands down, best pancakes ever. They are gigantic, though. I would share one of you can. It’s one of those old-school diners that the cooks work right behind the counter in front of you. It’s one of those places that all the locals know about, so you know it’s good.

Well… I will say I was very impressed with the service here. The menu was simple and not over complicated. This is a hole in the wall greasy spoon dinner. But if you are wanting a real meal and not the typical crap food and service you would receive at a chain than this is the spot. I ordered the pancake with sausage and eggs. «Cake with meat and eggs» it was served quickly even though the restruant was full of patrons and served with piping hot syrup(yummy). The food was amazing. I cannot say enough about the service and food here… warning cash only

My wife and I had the pancakes, and we were amazed at the size. They were bigger than our heads! They were perfectly cooked… not oily and well spiced. My wife had the pecan pancake, and it was loaded with pecans. She loved it. I got a sausage patty with mine, and it tasted homemade, and it was as big as a quarter pounder. On top of all that, the service was excellent, and we had a great morning there. Big portions, good prices, and great food. Snowy morning, but the place was packed.

They have excellent food. It is like a 60’s diner! I always get hash browns, bacon, toast, and scrambled eggs, which is a combo of some sort. The portions are excellent size, so come hungry. I think the prices are a little high for this establishment. However, service is generally pretty good. There is a counter and besides that, there is only about 10 booths so there might be a wait at sometimes. It is also worth nothing that they close at 1 on the weekdays. I am giving it 4 out of 5 because they are cash only, so they do not accept credit and debit cards, and I think that is really inconvenient because I, like most people, never carry cash, just my credit card.

Small, greasy/spoon style, lost in the 50’s(not the fake ones) diner. Stick to breakfast and you will be happy. The pancakes are as huge as every review says and I know they are made in small batches.(Home made) the hash browns are also shredded here. They also make their syrup the way some mom’s used to with brown sugar. It is generally busy on the weekends and there’s not much for waiting area. … And I would not recommend bringing a large party(over 6) and sitting together. Prices are incredibly reasonable and portions are quite large. I have become a regular and the waitstaff treats even the new visitors like family. I would recommend this as a must/stop if you are in town and a breakfast lover. Make sure to get a pancake.
