Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry – Waterloo

I really liked them on my first visit, however not after. Staff got rude while cleaning my teeth. I spoke up. I received a root canel that did not take, and only found out a year after they did it! The dentist said he could redo it, and or pay to have it removed. (this shows he did something wrong) He wanted me to go to another place to have it removed because he wanted to find out «why it did not take». The place i was sent to was rude and jammed the needle in my mouth and then left a root in there. I am now living in a new state and contacted the dentist office to advise them my tooth was not fully removed and that i have to go have it surgically removed. I asked for a call back to confirm they will be taking care of the bill, however no call back yet. I am so scared of the dentist after this mess. May need to get an attorney at this point. I figured i will call 2x a day till i get a response and or contact an attorney if I dont get anywhere. I would not go back! I feel they are rushing thru procedures and they avoid you when they make a mistake. I WILL NOT LET DOWN!

This office was NOT for me. There were a few good things, such as a nice place, easy to get to, other than that this place just didn’t do it for me.
