Very curteous & accomodating. Rooms were clean & comfortable! They have a free happy hour with snacks & beverages! The weather was calling for strong winds & hail, so they let us park our motorcycles under the canopy! The pool & hot tub were clean; as well! We would recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone looking for great accomodations & a professional staff!

I do not recommend this hotel because they don’t execute on the basics of a hotel stay for a regular traveler who doesn’t have energy to complain about problems. Disappointed with my stay.
1. The thermostat has taken hours to warm the room to a comfortable temp and still not warm enough. (It’s 9 degrees outside, I want it warm in here)
2. Moderate water pressure
3. Sink does not drain
4. Crappy wall hair dryer.
5. TV remote control doesn’t work
6. So-​so service (not a deal breaker — I don’t need someone nice, just efficient)

Upon check-​in I was immediately greeted by a nice woman. I had a few questions on my rate and she helped me with patience and kindness. It is so refreshing to get great customer service. The hotel is very nice, and I love the green accents everywhere. They had a complimentary manager appreciation for the guest and although I am not much for drinking while on business it was nice to see them show appreciation to their customers. The room was nice, clean and very spacious.

Amazing hotel! Nice friendly hotel staff. Great cocktail hours. Everything in the room worked great! Breakfast is awesome as well! Will be coming back!
