I stopped in to pay my bill and I need to get a new phone. I have insurance on my smart phone, it is cracked and I need to use my insurance to get a new one. The store told me that I have to call an 800 number. I told her that I wanted to make the call in the store in case I had trouble. I am so glad that I stayed. Yes, she gave me the wrong number. Oh was her comment, she finally gave me another number. Again, I dial the new number. Then she tells me that I am better off just getting on line because they never answer the phone, plus she told me that I have a deductible. What I was never told that, she informed me that the associates to do not tell you that when they sell you the insurance. I feel like a sucker… NEVER buy phone insurance.
