Watertight Watercare

Promised and delivered.
I came to use Watertight through Home Depot Installation services. In need of a new hot water heater for our humble abode and not wanting to screw around with it myself, I did a little shopping around and decided to go through HD. Calling the 1 – 800 number on HD’s website put me directly in contact with a rep from Watertight. A few questions later, I had the new unit picked out and installation all scheduled, and it was around my schedule. I could have had it installed within 2 hours if I needed it, but opted for next day delivery. The installer, Brian B, called me first thing in the morning and gave me a two hour window He arrived right on time and began immediately. Within an hour and a half, he was completely done. I only had to lift a finger to pay the bill. I’m very satisfied with his work and explanation of the warranty. I just sure hope I don’t ever need it.

Mark from Watertight came to my house to replace three toilets. He arrived in the 3-​hour time window he gave me, and finished the job before the end of that same time window. He left the workspaces clean, and hauled away the old toilets. I was impressed with his work.
