We are actually a fan of Ruby Tuesdays but this one seems to be below the normal standards with what we’ve experienced with this chain. We’ve went there a few times because I will say their salad bar is great and well kept. Unfortunately the service has been hit or miss. We’ve gone during times were there are only a few customers there yet our waiter/waitress rarely checked on us, we would see them socializing with other staff. As for their food that has been hit or miss, often luke warm as if has been sitting for a while. On two occasions in a row we went there about 1pm wanting to try their new brussell sprouts only to be told they were out. I find it hard to believe they would run out so early in the day and if that is the case they should adjust their food orders, that or perhaps the cooks didn’t want to make more, I don’t know. When we were able to get their brussel sprouts it was dissatisfying as they were overcooked, as in charred/burnt. We do like the chain Ruby Tuesdays and hope this one raises its standards.

The bald guy at the bar is the best! He is attentive and remembers you from the last visit. Probably one of the best chain restaurant employees I have ever met and that makes it feel like you’re not at a chain at all.

I was hungry again after an early Thanksgiving lunch so decided to go to Ruby Tuesdays because they were the only restaurant nearby that was open. The server was friendly and efficient and the salad bar was comprehensive, but I didn’t like my steak. I’m picky about meat and with a few exceptions will only eat it if it is flame grilled. It was disappointing to receive a steak that had no grill marks and was clearly cooked on a flat top. In order to eat it I requested a side of mustard. I would hesitate to eat at Ruby Tuesdays again since we have so many better steakhouse options in the area including Outback, the 99 Restaurant, the Texas Roadhouse, Longhorn, and the Steak Loft. Perhaps they should invest in a proper grill.

Yet another favorite with the grandparents, this restaurant always made us happy when we pulled up into the parking lot. I always derived joy from the salad bar. The sliders are another fan favorite for me. And of course, the biscuits at the beginning are enticing.

Decided to give this restaurant a try tonight and were sorely disappointed. It took 20 minutes before our order was taken(the restaurant was NOT even close to full) and then another 20 before we even received the cheddar cheese biscuits. The hubby finally had to talk to the host to get our drinks. Food was as expected(not great, not horrible) and our waiter only checked on us once during the meal. Overall a very poor experience. The capper was that we weren’t even offered a discount or anything for all of the time we waited. Not good.

Out of all the ruby Tuesday I have been to, this one was exceptionally clean. Salad bar was amazing and bartender has a great attitude and makes you feel like you are talking to a friend.

We eat at Ruby Tuesdays in many locations so have a good idea of what to expect. Ordered a special sandwich and specifically said no pickles and guess what? Lots of pickles on it. Bartender apologized but that was the extent of fixing the order. The baked potato on my dinner was grey inside. Can’t believe they served it that way. Won’t be going back here anytime soon

I can honestly say that I just had the worst hamburger I’ve even had. the tomatoes were almost green and had the stem included. the lettice was wilted and tough. the meat was so greasy that my plate had a puddle of greasy liquid, and my mouth has a greasy film. the jalapeños that were supposed to be breaded and fried were green, tough, tasteless, uneatable strings. even McDonald’s $ 2.00 jalapeño burger is better and costs a lot less, next time I go to red Robbins.

This is a servicable venue, but nothing special. We have been a couple times. The food is okay. The service is decent. The tables are DIRTY. I honestly am not a super clean freak, but the last time we were here I had to ask for a clean table because the one we were sat at was so sticky I didn’t want to touch it. Tonight, there was pepper spilled and again sticky. The waitress did wipe it down at my request. The food was good tonight. I ordered the chicken bella w/zucchini & spaghetti squash. All of it was cooked to my liking; vegetables were not squishy and chicken was moist. My daughter liked the options on the kids’ menu. Our waitress was attentive, but not overly. She remembered us from last visit, which was nice. No complaints there. Her service and the decent meal afforded 3 stars… but probably would give 2 otherwise.

I went here on a rainy sat with my mom. There was a short wait which was fine. The menu looked promising but didn’t deliver. I ordered spicy fish tacos. It came with a soup or salad bar. The soup came out fairly quickly but took a while for my meal to get out. I was very disappointed. The spicy tacos were not spicy or even warm. It must have been sitting for long time before it got to our table. My moms food wasn’t anything great either. I don’t know if it’s just poor timing by the cook or waitress but overall we paid way too much. I knew there was a reason why I never go here. There’s so many local restaurants/other chains around the area I would rather support than this mediocre chain.

We eat at Ruby Tuesday’s fairly regularly, most often sitting in the bar area. The menu is diverse with offerings for most any palate, including vegetarians and kids. The salad bar might be the best I’ve ever seen and the price is excellent making it a good value. If you enjoy a beverage with your meal there are always several beers on tap, as well as a variety of mixed drink specials and a couple of enjoyable non alcoholic drinks. The service at Ruby Tuesday’s is truly among some of the best in any restaurant I have ever been to. Always telling you their name, offering suggestions to the menu, checking in regularly, and an active manager often stopping at the table to say hello; other chains would be wise to pay attention to the training this staff gets cause is works. I think that for the price Ruby’s is always a good place to grab a bite and enjoy those you are with.

I’ve only been here a couple times and prefer to eat at other places nearby if possible. It’s more expensive and lower quality compared to its surrounding competition. They aren’t aware of eating gluten free. Their food is just okay. Staff is fine. Good decorations.

Was not impressed with the service. Our waitress was more concerned with texting instead of serving us. She was not very friendly, and not really informed on the menu. She took forever to come and take drink orders and did not come over to check on us during the meal. She only came over when we called her over. The food was okay. Out of a couple things. Mediocre at best.

Worst dining experience ever. Seated at table that wasn’t wiped down. My napkin/utensils had a long strand of hair wrapped around them. Replacement utensils had dried food stuck to them. Food arrived 20 minutes after ordering and the place was not busy. My burger had ½ the items that were supposed to be on it missing and it was cold. Sweet potato fries were cold and just the bits and pieces left at the bottom of the batch. When I told waitress toppings were missing on my burger(cheese being one of them) she brings them out on a plate then asks if I want her to take everything back and have them melt the cheese on the burger. Hello? My husband asked for ketchup and it never came. They should close this place down.

We always enjoy the salad bar, its the main reason we go. We used a coupon we had gotten in the mail and that was a great savings for us! I had the new salmon and it was delicious. My husband had the bacon cheeseburger, the burger was good but the fries left a little to be desired. He got sweet potato and regular fries, they were both a bit soggy. Also they lacked any seasoning. All and all it was a good weeknight out meal.

This was pretty much the worst food experience out I have ever had! The burger was missing half of the promised food, and even took an hour to arrive. THis was at a very early dinner in a near empy restaurant. Server tried so hard, but couldn’t make up for the aweful food that we experienced here. Overcooked, and tasteless food. Stand clear of this one! Lisbon Landing is much better.
