This place has really gone down hill. I felt I was stuck in a bad comedy. The place smelled bad. The service was slow and inaccurate. The waitress appeared to have been drinking. The cook was in the kitchen screaming and crying. It was all in all a very bad time. I don’t know why we stayed. I won’t return.

The only good thing about this place is the food. At any given time there is only 1 server for the whole dining room. (About 12 tables. but when 12 tables are sat, that’s a lot of work for 1 person). Its not very clean and our order is never correct. Literally. Whether we dine in or carry out its always wrong. Yesterday we placed an order for wings only. and we simplified so they couldn’t make a mistake. We ordered all boneless with different sauces. Not rocket science. We get there and naturally i check the order. And its incorrect. So even when you think your helping them do their job. it still doesn’t work. This location sucks.

I haven’t gotten Pizza Hut in a long time so I decided to give it a try. We got the chicken supreme and an order of cheese bread. All in all it was just Eeehhh. The cheese bread was barely cheesy. There was barely any sause on the pizza. The marinara sauce was really watery. There are tons of pizza options that I enjoy more so I probably won’t be getting there pizza on a regular basis. On a positive note the online ordering was fairly simple and they had great specials to offer online as well.

This Pizza Hut always does a good job for me, they are prompt with my order and when there have been problems they have always taken care of me.
So with service like this it keeps me coming back and the pizza is good too!
