We must’ve been there when the same girl was working as the last reviewer. We made a habit of stopping in here whenever we were in the area. However, we will no longer bother. We were deciding what to order and obviously we took too long, because the girl working went in the back to clean up or something. After about 5 — 10 minutes, I called into the back room, ‘do you think we could get some help?’ The response… ”I’ll be out in a minute’ Well guess what, we didn’t wait the extra minute. Whoever owns this place should either train your employees to have customer service skills, or if you did, fire this worker(whoever was working @ approx. 1:30 pm on 5⁄28). We will not be back.

Bad experience all around. I thought it was a cute little shop when I walked in, but there wasn’t a staff member in sight. I decided to sit and wait for a bit because I was meeting someone there. It wasn’t until the drive thru rang that the employee finally showed herself. When she was done with that customer, she looked right at me… no hello… no smile… nothing. I finally said it will be a minute because I’m meeting someone. She then returned to her hole in the back of the store. When my friend showed up we talked for a minute without service so we left and went somewhere else. Probably not the best way to run a business.

My friend took me here and now I’m hooked! I have only had the Mocha Bianca, so I can’t comment on all the drinks. I also get a turkey breakfast sandwich that is turkey and provolone grilled on a croissant with mayo and tomato. Sooo good! The coffee place is tiny and quaint inside with lots of snacks to choose from. The location is tucked away off the road, so that’s why I never noticed it before. So glad my friend showed me this bc it will be my go-to when I need a quick coffee, thanks to the drive thru!

Not impressed. Ok folks, let’s agree… this whole phenomenon of paying $ 4-$ 5 for a cup of coffee has a lot to do with three things: Service Quality Experience Otherwise it makes ABSOLUTELY no good sense to pay those prices for $.20 cents worth of product. From a business perspective, this place is cluttered and confused. It’s like sitting in an identity crisis x 10. Is it a coffee shop? Wine bar? Liquor store? Trinket shop? Now, let’s say this place just ROCKS the java, one might be able to come and go quickly and overlook the multiple business personalities all trying to out-do one another. Unfortunately, this isn’t the case. I’ve only been to this establishment a few times and always been served by what I have to believe is the owner or manager. She’s not terribly friendly, always doing something else(I realize small businesses always have work to be done) which means she doesn’t have enough staff(or can’t afford it, which is another issue altogether). I’m quite sure the proprietor means well, and is trying to deliver a positive experience. As a consultant to businesses from fortune 100’s down to small mom and pop shops, I have some suggestions that will improve experience: Focus — you’re trying to do too many things… that tells me you lack focus OR you struggling to find additional revenue. My gut says struggling to find revenue. Focus on becoming a coffee and coffee only destination with a cohesive brand experience from the front of the house to the back door and everything in between. If this isn’t possible, you have one of two problems. Either the location is bad or your particular business isn’t viable in that market. Staffing — You can’t be everything and do everything. The worst problem for any business large or small is to be understaffed. It screams loudly at patrons that there’s a problem. That problem is usually cashflow. See the common theme?

First time here today. Service was great, atmosphere was inviting and they had toys for the kids. Enjoyed an Amaretto Latte(Valentines Day special) and thought to myself, Starbucks has nothing on this coffee! I think I’ve found my new favorite coffee place! 12 hours until the morning and I assure you I’ll be in the drive thru tomorrow :)

Pleasantly surprised. Unexpected gem in a small town. Welcoming interior beckons for you to slow down and enjoy standard coffee house fare. Plenty of seating in the front(and back room). Surprisingly large selection of coffee beans, teas, and flavoring syrups. Indoor and outdoor seating.

When I saw Trav J’s review, I had to respond. First of all, I notice it is from almost 2 years ago. Perhaps back then it was still getting its legs, but the service has definitely improved. As for the drinks, they have always been terrific. Great quality, friendly people who always make you feel welcome, and very nice setting.

Great service and atmosphere. You can’t find a better coffee shop in the area! Ask for the horchata.
