Got the most beautiful floral arrangement as a birthday gift from Jacobsens! Can not get over how stunning the arrangement is.

I ordered flowers for a very good friend for her birthday and spoke to the woman over the phone about the possibility of beautiful yellow flowers for friendship, possibly roses even. She suggested the bouquet of the day or whatever they call it. I could have picked up better from the grocery store for a lot less. $ 102.00 with delivery for this, and I insisted NO carnations, and there they are!

I’m leaving one star because the driver was friendly. We will never order from this florist again. Their motto should be «I’m sorry, but it’s not my fault and there’s nothing I can do». This is the reason people buy flowers at Costco, it’s easier to drive to the store in a raging blizzard than wait for or reschedule a delivery with this florist. I can’t believe I waited two days for this bouquet. Thanks for ruining my day!
