Bob Evans

Went here for lunch from work and needless to say if u are on a time crunch DO NOT come here. Waited forever for my food almost a half hour. And they where not even that busy. Would hate to see how long it would take to if they where.

Our waitress was rude. When we asked if we could get sausage in place of the hashbrowns, the waitress simply said «No». So, we asked for a side order of sausage and when the meals arrived, there were no hash browns or sausage. Waited 15 minutes for 2 sausage patties and when I cut into them, they were still pink in the middle. We ordered omelettes with sausage, cheese, onions and mushrooms… hardly any fillings in it and it tasted like anything BUT eggs. Horrible taste. The best part of our meal was the hot chocolate. We won’t go back to this location and will think twice about going to Bob Evans at all.

Terrible, terrible food. We went for dinner and everything tasted like it came out of a can or box. Absolutely terrible. And no seasoning, even salt and pepper on anything. My husband had the fish and chips (how can you mess this up?) and I had the steak, with black bean soup. We both agreed, pretty much the worst food ever. The one upside was that the server was very nice. I’ve heard that their breakfast is pretty good, but there are too many other local places around here to chance it.

Me and my 2 kids walked in here the other day and were just amazed at the poor service.
while standing there to be seated for 25 minutes (they were not busy). There was a very old lady standing there longer then us that defiantly had a very hard time standing and waiting.
So I yelled out asking if anyone worked here. Out of the 10 or so people just walking around the only one person that was actually working came to seat her. The other waiters were giving the person a hard time on were the lady was seating her. Defiantly could tell they were all only focused on what tables belong to them and what tips are for them self’s. When we were finally seated it took the 15 minutes to get us drinks and instantly the waitress walked off and I never seen her again. 20 minutes after getting our drinks my kids were getting a little annoyed that no one would help us. They decided to ask a couple waitresses to see if they would take our order and they just gave them dirty looks and would walk away. After that we just walked out and went to another place and we got our food in 25 minutes and were done in 35 minutes
I have taken my kids here for many many years. over the last 3 – 4 years it just keeps getting worse.

This is a nearby family dinner establishment and my patience is running out. From our previous visits:
1) on a previous Mother’s Day we called ahead for a table only to be told when we arrived that they did not accept call a head seating.
2) no crayons for kids on kids eat free night.
3) kids free meals are apparently not listed on kids eat free night because we were still charged for my 3 yo’s meal.
4) baked potato came with massive black spot.
Now these are from many different visits but stacked up they make me really not want to keep being hopeful that the next visit will be positive.

We went here for breakfast. They had a wide variety of breakfast items on the menu. The waitress came to our table within a few moments of being seated. We didn’t have to wait long for our food to be served after ordering.
The breakfast was great, the eggs were done perfectly as ordered, French Toast had the perfect texture. A huge bonus for me was that they had grits. They were made exactly how they are supposed to be made where they are popular in the deep South.
Another impressive bonus was they have real honey available if that is something you like.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience.

Brother got pancakes that looked beautiful, but eggs /​toast/​sausage looked unappetizing

I really enjoy the breakfast here. The best scrambled eggs, nice and cheesy. For the amount if food you get, the price is right. The service is great too!

Wow, first experience wasn’t pleasant at all. Sat there for 20 minutes before the drink order was taken. Wrong drink three times. Salad came out in a timely manner. Food went to another table so they had to remake it. Food finally made it to our table and was bland and not completely as ordered. Fruit bowl was okay for dessert. Over an hour and a half for a «quick» dinner. Luckily we didn’t have any plans afterward.

Stopped in for an early breakfast, and it was quite good. The portions are good and the prices aren’t too bad. I had 2 eggs over-​easy, turkey sausage, home fries, and 2 pancakes, and my wife had the stuffed pancakes. Not too many places off an alternative to the usual pork breakfast meat and it makes me very happy to see that Bob Evans does. Whether or not a restaurant has that decides on whether or not we will go for breakfast.
