Starbucks

The service here is the worst I have ever seen! They were skipping over people and not making some peoples drinks. These girls stood around and talked to each other and payed no attention to the customers. They need to fire everyone and start over.

Probably one of the worst Starbucks I’ve visited. Of all employees there, only one seemed to be doing their job (with a smile I must say) and it wasn’t the manager.
Even though the drink came out as expected, the pastries were stale and since we were already on the road, we couldn’t return them so we just tossed them out after taking a bite or two.
What it came down to was service. The cashier definitely did not want to be there working and didn’t care to the fact that we pointed out that there was a spider on one of the pastries in the lower display.
To the girl who made my drink, you’re the only reason why this wasn’t a one star review. She apologized and served my drink with a smile and a «you’re welcome».
If you need your coffee fix, then you don’t really have a choice since there’s no other coffee shop at this rest area. Otherwise, you’re better off skipping this location.
