Dinner food in a nice atmosphere. Service is horrendous. Food reasonably priced for mid range quality. Not worth the poor service

Okay, now have been there 3 times. The first time, took a chance they were finally open and the food was good but service, poor. Second time, food was awesome. My husband had the fish and chips and it was obviously freshly battered and fried and he loved it. I had an eggplant appetizer for my dinner and it was awesome. No batter or breading, just grilled and had a cheese and prosciutto filling with spinach and I know I’m wrecking the description but it was so good and fit nicely into my somewhat Paleo diet. Last night my husband just had a hamburger, which he thoroughly enjoy and I had their mushroom risotto with truffle oil presented in a martini glass with the appropriate garnish and it was equal to the mushroom risotto I love at Signature or maybe even a little better! All I can say is try this place. We are so happy to have them in the close vicinity.

I visited Verdi with a friend a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it. The area is HUGE! So beautiful i need to go back and visit in the summer. They were so packed but our waitress Amejda was the sweetest she was very knowledgeable with the menu, which was very impressive! We ordered a bunch of appetizers all so delicious, the calamari was one of my favorites. This place is deff worth the visit, you won’t regret it!

Verdi’s has begun doing specials and man oh man are they good! Was there this past Saturday and they have a rack of lamb on special and it was the best that I have had. The service has improved tremendously since my last visit. I also was there two weeks ago for a Christmas party. The banquet hall is beautifully decorated and the service and food were exceptional. Verdi has become my favorite spot in town!

I went with my husband last night not realizing it was only open a week. They have some kinks to work out. The host took us to our table through what appeared to be swinging service doors instead of a few steps further to the other opening to the room. No wine list so the waitress pulled out her notepad and read them to us. I ordered a white and my husband a red. We both were served a red. I did finally get the correct white wine in a large red wine glass. We both ordered rib eye cooked medium. The thin cuts of the meat were fine but the thicker sections were mooing they were so rare. They took the steaks back to cook them longer, and they came back the same but re-plated. Potatoes and veggies that came with the meal were not great. The bread was good though. No atmosphere. Nothing on the walls. We won’t be going back to this place.
