The same mexican comfort fast-food we know Taco Bell provides with exceptional customer service. The cashier is always friendly! One time this guy(forgot his name) even shook my hand after I ordered and struck up a simple convo with me and my friend. That’s going above and beyond to me. Especially in a fast food joint. Whenever I do go, it’s around lunch time.

My drive-thru experience here was probably the worst that I’ve ever had. It took OVER30MINUTES in line from start to finish, and there were only 6 – 7 cars ahead of us. On top of that, the food was cold. I’m not talking room-temperature here. Four out of 6 of the items we ordered felt like they had been taken out of a refrigerator and thrown in a warmer for about half as much time as was necessary; the top of my burrito was piping hot but the underside was frigid. I know this is Taco Bell so I’m not expecting insanely great quality. I’m generally very forgiving when it comes to service, but I at least expect it to be FAST and the food to be served properly. I would give this experience zero stars if I could, but on the upside the woman who served us was very friendly.

It’s not something I can eat every day, but the new app with mobile ordering is awesome. I love Mexican food, but until this new app came about, I always felt as though my most favorite items at Taco Bell always seemed to have something I didn’t like in it, and other things that I thought would make it better weren’t in it. Who knew that there were«add ons», or even that you could adapt any item by adding or removing items? Whenever I say«no beans», somehow they always get in there, and if I knew Taco Bell had jalapenos, I would have added them to everything ages ago. But I placed a large mobile order today, and not only is everything I took out gone, but the add ons were all in the right places. They don’t start your order until you arrive, but all you have to do is say your name at the drive thru, and everything is done. You get your food, you’ve already paid, and you get a free loco taco or 2 with your mobile order. And the food is made to your specifications. You can’t ask for more than that at a fast food restaurant!
