So. Every time I have had a complaint, they address it. Not only do they address it? They do it so fast my head spins. Frankly, I’m not used to this from a company.
Let me redact my last review. (Hopefully this one writes over it.)

Nick– I didn’t call, and it is NOT that I don’t want to talk to you, or haven’t enjoyed our brief interactions when I’ve been in there while you are behind the counter. Quite the opposite. Any frustration I might have been feeling was snuffed out with your reply, and then I just felt icky for having been jerky. Thank you for being awesome, you will continue to get my business for as long as I continue vaping.

I got to say this was this first vape store I’ve ever went to and here I am over a 1 yr later still going there. They have gotten a lot better if a selection of juice the owner and people that work there are great. There selection of mods and different tanks are great the also have some nice authentic rdas at good prices I wish they had so more mech mods but whatever the great service and everything else makes me keep going back.

I’ll start out with what I liked. The staff was nice. Their selection of devices wasn’t bad either.
Juices on the other hand are way too expensive. For that reason alone I won’t be back. If I wasn’t in a rush and in the area I wouldn’t have bought the bottle that I did.
IMO, drop the commercials and make your prices more in line with other vape shops in ct.

Overpriced and horrible. They had a clone mutation x and when I asked if it was a clone the girl was unsure. Then I asked the price and they told me $ 31 … the authentic is a $ 30 atty ($ 25 online) and the clone is only worth $ 15. I understand its a B&M and they have overhead but REALLY making $ 15 on a clone is outrageous especially now that the mutation x v2 is available. I dont recommend this shop to anyone and take the 30 min drive to Bristol/​plainville and check out vapor venue or the vapers edge

This shop is great for beginners they have an ok selection of products in the store and the staff is friendly. I was not overwhelmed by the amount of flavors in stock. I drip and there is no way to drip the flavors on hand.
If you are an advanced vapor I don’t believe this is the place for you.
