So most people that live outside of Waterbury never come into the city because it is so run down. However, it is clear, that if they do come into the city one reason is because of Jake’s. I have lived all over the US, and have had my car repaired all over. Jake’s is strait up honest. There quote was much lower than a competitor when I needed work done and the work was perfect. Another time I took my car in, they bent something back into shape and there was no charge. It took them about 30 seconds. I was expecting a 100 – 200 dollar bill. Jake’s is still in business in Waterbury because of customer loyalty. The business is successful because of the high quality of the owner, and his workers.
