We used Enterprise for a one-​way rental to JFK. Easy, quick and MUCH cheaper than using CT limo… Great service and convenient Enterprise location at the airport…

Well I’m sad to say that it has been over a month since I submitted my complaint to Enterprise and as I mentioned in my earlier complaint, they never responded again. So, in conclusion, I would highly recommend using another Company for your rental needs. This company is quite disappointing to say the absolute least. And even though the company responded to my bad review on Unilocal almost immediately — they continue to ignore the emails and phone messages I have left over the past several months.
I will never recommend this service to anyone I know and I hope this review helps others to make a better decision than I did.
