Worst Dry Cleaner EVER!
I have been taking my work uniforms to this establishment a total of 6 times and will never go back again.
I leave simple basic dry cleaning instructions. For example.
Crease the sleeves
Crease the collar flat
Crease in front of pants with starch.
Nothing out of the ordinary at all. Every time I would receive my Clothes they would have railroad tracks, no starch, collar not pressed correctly etc.
I would express to the owner how I was specific about the instructions. He would get upset and try to charge me twice and pick up a week later out of spite. I have been beyond patient with him but continued to give him business.
The very last time I was there I explained my instructions and the owner completely lost it on me. Began to yell obscenities and told me to never come back again.
Being in the Military I have strict guidelines for uniform regulations to abide by. And this is something the Owner Failed to understand.
Where would Americas Military be if we were too relaxed and did not follow regulations and protocols?
