This newly opened business should NOT have opened before getting their act together. Today was my first and last visit there. I went in for lunch and asked for tuna salad on an everything bagel. The man who spoke very little English gave me the only everything bagel left globbed with cream cheese. I tried to explain that I ordered tuna salad on an everything bagel and he was not understanding. Another another coworker came over and yelled at him in Spanish then he proceeded to scrape the cream cheese off the bagel and put the tuna salad on top! Ewww! Then I ordered the chicken cutlet, mozzarella, tomato & onion lunch special on a roll with no seeds(Which the man pointed out they had plenty). What went in my bag was a seeded roll with chicken cutlet globbed with mayonnaise, american cheese and bacon. Seriously? I think I will not be returning there and will let me friends know NOT to waste their time or money. This is a disaster! I would also like to point out that the staff were all yelling at each other in Spanish… That should be a no no in front of any customers let alone a store full of them.
