It just recently got remodelled and they are doing a good job getting this place back on the map. Still a little slow, but I am a sucker for the old Pizza Hut!

I ordered pizza tonight which I’ve done in the past, and it arrived 50 minutes later(I understand there is a wait) the time wasn’t an issue. My pizza arrived burnt and hard. Also, I asked for extra cheese and it looks like there wasn’t any cheese at all. I calmly called to request another pizza and was told It wouldn’t be there until 65 minutes. I was given the option to wait or get partial of the money I spent on a pizza I had no desire to eat. Once this team member then handed their phone to a manager. He began to tell me the same thing, basically implying it was my fault the pizza was wrong and I would have to wait over an hour to receive my correct order. When asked if we could call his boss, he proceeded to tell me, that I couldn’t have his number. My mind was blown for the fact that neither of them apologized and never offered me a solution that wouldn’t make me wait another hour for my food.

I don’t know where all of these negative reviews are coming from or why. I have been ordering from these guys for the past several months and they have always been professional and courteous on the phone and in person. I do admit that I’ve never been inside the actual store, as I always have my pizza delivered, so if all of the 1 star reviews are regarding in-store experiences, then the manager needs to work on that. Suffice to say, I have no issue with the pizza or the service.

I couldn’t agree more with all these reviews. This Pizza Hut has horrible service, management, you name it they’re bad at it. I can’t believe they’re actually even still open. I’ve tried this one over and over and I’m finally done after they screwed up my order and the person afterwards and didn’t have the courtesy to even apologize.

This location is the worst chain pizza place I’ve ever experienced. I tried to call the store several times, kept getting hung up on(after being on hold). Then the call center employee couldn’t offer me the correct store to order from, so I just gave up and went it to order. The building is dirty and shabby inside. no upkeep, no pride, no anything. The employees don’t give even half of a s**t about their work, and were loudly talking about personal stuff(like how their manager should«#*$! off» about an admittedly rude and poor-management text, or whether or not one of the girls and the delivery guy were sleeping with each other) and blatantly ignoring the phone the one time it did ring through to the store(the appeared to have them off the hook, for the most part). I had only dealt with them once before, and when trying to order over the phone was told they were out of pan crust and several other ingredients. Clearly, no one who works here(including management) cares in the least about their job, and they should all probably be relieved of them as a result. If you really want Pizza Hut, drive over to Denton Highway and pick up. It’s worth it, trust me. I did contact corporate, though I’ll be entirely surprised if this location’s manager contacts me — especially within the timeframe given.

Ordered delivery tonight at 930. They brought an ice cold pizza and cheese sticks. I called and had them resend the order. They didn’t send the cheese sticks. Delivery guy said he would call it in when I told him I would like the cheese sticks I ordered with my meal. It’s an hour later no cheese sticks… So I called to check on the order and they are closed. So it’s been 2 hours and I have yet to receive a complete and hot order. Pizza Hut is the closest pizza place to my house at 6 – 7 mins and yet I have repeatedly gotten cold delivery pizzas from them. Yet when I order from dominos or Papa johns which is about double the time/distance, I have never had a cold pizza. If your going to eat here dine in or carry out only there delivery service has been repeatedly poor. This same thing(minus the being closed part) happened about a year ago too. Sad to see they are maintaining their consistency. I called them this morning to see what happened and they didnt even have the credit on the account. So the driver didnt redeliver the food that he forgot to bring and didnt even add the credit to my account.
