By far the worst manicure I’ve ever had. She was more concerned about people walking through the door and stopping but she was doing with me so she can help the people coming through the door. Between that and the horrible manicure I received I will not go back.

Worst nails I have ever had. Thick and uneven across the board. Tools are dirty they trimmed my cuticles and she just put them back in the cup next to her without sanitizing them. The tools they use to file them where in the same condition I would definitely not get a pedicure done here is they use the same cleaning techniques on those tools and from what I saw they do. I can’t believe that the health department has not written them up for this yet… IT WAS THAT BAD…

Love my designs I got!!! Always good nails and toes. Eyebrow waxing too! Highly recommend! !

I first started coming here years ago and they were very good!
Always took a long time, but were very good.
Just recently though they have been extremely rude, have taken a very long time to help even after I made an appointment, and were clearly talking trash about me and my little sister.
I am not happy and most likely won’t be going back.

Love Rose and her staff. Always wonderful service and results. They really go out of their way to take care of the customers!

Just came in first time. Quoted one price but ended up being quite a bit more. Guess it was the language difference. They came out beautiful so can’t complain. They really take their time. I think I will be back.

I had a great experience here today with Mimi.
New to the area I needed to get my nails done. This place may not compare with some of the more boutique salons in the area, but that’s not what they are trying to do.
Mimi took extra care to make sure I was happy and listened to me when I told her I had thin nails and not to file too much.
Price was very fair and many other services are offered. I’ll be back!

We had been regulars here until yesterday. Two of us made an appointment to get our nails two weeks ago. They even wrote it in their book. We showed the tech exactly what we wanted and she said yes, they could do that. When we arrived I was asked «what do you want, we are very busy.» I explained we had an appointment. She asked if I had called earlier that day. No, we made it two weeks ago. She said they could not get us in for over an hour. My anniversary is Saturday and we are renewing our vows after 26 years of marriage. She acted like it was no big deal and I could come back another day. I drove an hour to get there. I made an appointment because we are very busy. The owner then yelled something to another tech and then he yelled at someone in another room and this went on for several minutes until another gal came out to see the schedule and yes, we were on it. I could not stay as I had my 5 children with me. My partner did stay and it took them 3 hours! When it came time for the design the tech tried several times and could not do what she said she could. She ended up drawing some ugly designs that really upset my partner and she finally said to stop and not do the design at all. Her nails look terrible. The paint is not even. She is going to have to try to find someone to redo them today and I am going to have to try to find a place to do mine as well. I had noticed on the other occasions that they lacked professionalism and have a complete disregard for time. However they do an ok job and take walk ins. I will no longer be giving them any of our business.
