Watched The Wild Things play on 7÷23÷15. The park is great. For 12 bucks we were right up front! Food is good quality and fairly priced. I don’t drink but the beers were only about 5 bucks. Makes for a great night out!

Okay, WWTs! I’m docking you guys a star, and it’s not for having a crummy season. But really guys, your 42 – 53 record does make the Pirates seem like a World Series caliber team! No my WWTs, my downgrading you is for your lousy website store. I wanted to get my husband Rick a team jersey for Christmas. I mean, I can’t buy one on-line? And for a lot of stuff you don’t even have a photo! What, I’m supposed to buy sight unseen? And here’s another idea. Sell women’s jerseys on-line! We’re fans too and the women’s cuts and sizes fit us w-a-y better.

All you big city type folk who want to see what life is like in small town America should head about 28 miles from downtown Pittsburgh and go to Washington Pa and take in a Washington Wild Things game. This is what summer is all about, a classic ballpark that seats about 2000 people, watching 18 – 24 year old ball players, not overpaid, multi millionaires, crybabies, with greedy owners squeezing every penny out of the fans. Parking — 3 bucks Ticket — 12 bucks(right behind home plate, two rows from the field, and a waitress) Beer — 3 bucks Soft pretzel — 2.50 Total: 20.50 This is a great night out, these players make about $ 200 a week, and have to live with host families. They play their hearts out and love the game.
