Regal Nails

If there was an option to select no stars that would be what I would put for this nail salon! This salon is filthy and unprofessional. And not to add they don’t clean or sanitize the spa or tools.
To add to that they think it’s okay to speak in a different language in front of customers! So!!! RUDE!
I would never recommend this place to anyone. When there is another salon right next to Starbucks! They are clean and no what they are doing. No wonder why everyone goes there to have their nails fixed after coming here. Man if Regal nails cared more they would shut this shop down. They are not up to date with any of their equipment or gel polish. The gel polish chips and is cheap quality! Never coming back.

They have an amazing variety of nail polish colors and are very knowledgeable about nail design. The space is quite large and has a warm atmosphere. Friendly environment and decent pricing, I definitely recommend this place.

Regal Nails, located in Walmart in Washington, PA is a great place. I was running out of time for the day, and I was in Walmart, so I figured I would give it a shot. I was greeted by Lisa, who consulted with me as to what I wanted, which was a full set of acrylic nails. I told Lisa that I was not into flashy nails, but did want something different. She did a great job and was a great nail technician. She was extremely friendly and talked to me throughout the experience. I wish I would’ve taken a picture at that time, but I didn’t.
I went back about 2 weeks later and wanted something for Christmas, but again, nothing flashy. I was lucky enough to get Lisa again. She did a cute little design with a snowflake and it looked great. She was talkative and made the experience pleasant.
I went back again today, which was about 3 ½ weeks later. This time, I waited for Lisa. I told her I wanted something fun for New Years. Together, we came up with a cute idea. The idea we came up with had a matte finish top coat, which she didn’t have. She left while my acrylic was drying and went to A store next door to get the matte top coat. Seriously, who does that. Excellent customer service if you ask me!
What started out as a quick fix to get my nails done has turned into a new relationship and I have found my forever nail salon. Lisa has gained a customer for life. Great job! Thank you!

The service staff was very nice. However, the product was not and I do have some complaints to share about what was done.
I got pink and white solar nails. The lady I had put the clear tips on but never put one to my nails to make sure it fit correctly. They are currently too small (you can see my real nails at the top on the sides) and they still hurt, and I got them done the day before yesterday. Aside from that, they also have a dingy look to them. The «pink» is not pink and the white is an off white with a yellow like tint to them. I never got to wash my hands before she applied the clear coat of nail polish, so I have powder stuck under the clear polish. She also applied a cuticle oil to my nails after she painted them with the clear coat and then wipped the oil off, so some of my nails look like there is no clear coat of nail polish on. While she was filing my nails, she was getting too close to the nail beds, a few ripped and was bleeding and now I have tore up cuticles with dried blood around/​under the nails. I had also asked for them too be square-​ish round but she only did them square. I was highly unsatisfied with how my nails turned out, even though I appreciate the low price I would rather go back to my old salon and pay $ 10 more for them to look right.
Like I said, very nice staff, just not so sure they care about the customers satisfaction of how their nails will turn out.

Awesome place. The techs really cleaned my toes and fingers instead of the typical where they just touch ur nails. Angelina did a great job on my gelish nails. I left the place feeling like my toes and fingers are fresh and clean:) Very highly recommended. They open at 9 instead of 10 am. Will be coming back.
