McDonald’s

1 star because i can’t give 0. Close to my house, in the visits, never got my order right. Refuse to make it right. These jokers wamt $ 15 an hour? Laughable.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Despite the fact that I have waited over 20 minutes two nights in the drive-​thru there are more things to mention. The man working the drive-​thru *Eric* refused to take my coupon for a buy one get one free situation. This coupon was on my mobile phone, and I had used it many times before with no issue (each week the coupons are updated on the app, you get one coupon per week). I always order the same thing, and never had an issue until tonight. He also was making it difficult for me to reach the window as he said he «couldn’t touch my phone». Yet every other time I’ve ordered anything at this location and others no one had a problem taking it in their hands, or giving me the deal. Then once I arrived at the window to pick up my food I asked the woman serving if there was a straw in my bag. She said yes, but upon driving away from the location I found that was not true… I work in the area and had hoped to stop here every night to get dinner on the way home, but I definitely won’t be stoping again. Chick-​Fil-​a here I come!

This is one of the most disgusting McDs I have ever been in. What makes it worse is that no employee cares. I stood waiting for the cashier to take my order for about two minutes while she talked to another coworker.

I wondered when we pulled in why this McDonalds was practically deserted compared to most others and quickly found out. The place seemed dirty and when we went to order we stood there for at least 5 minutes and noone even acted like they were going to take our order. Can’t say how their food was cause we left after 3 employees looked at us like we were idiots for standing at the counter to order!!!

This McDonalds looks nice on the outside, but that’s where it stops. We stay away from McDs for many reasons (like food-​poisoning), but we ended up here for purely convenience and time sake. We walked in and this is the filthiest restaurant we’ve been in in a long time. The restroom actually had blood on the counter top! The staff were not that busy and they were literally letting people walk over dropped food and trash scattered like a debris field across the lobby. Since the seating area and restrooms were disaster areas we decided the food would be just as bad or worse, and we really didn’t want to risk food poisoning again. I would strongly suggest skipping this McDs and go to the dumpster next door for a better meal and experience.

This McDonalds has been recently remodeled. It actually has a pretty cool vibe — modern and comfortable. But you don’t come to Mickey D’s for the seating, you come for the FOOD! And it was disappointing. By age 35, I am sure I’ve had their burgers roughly 5000 times. I know exactly what they are supposed to taste like, and this wasn’t it. They were dry and tasteless. I actually had to add salt to my quarter pounder to make it edible. What!!!

This McD’s isn’t too bad. Its been remodeled so it’s pretty clean and modern inside. The registers are computerized and I was able to tap-​to-​pay using my NFC-​enabled cell phone.

I stopped at this McDonald’s location after attending the Big Time Rush concert at First Niagara Pavilion back in July of 2013. All I can say is UNACCEPTABLE. First off, they know there is a concert in town. why not schedule more employees to work that evening? Anyway, my friend and I decided to go in, instead of using the Drive-​Thru (big mistake). There were about 10 other customers inside (not including my friend and I). Now, being that I work in the retail/​food industry myself. I know they were doing everything completely wrong. Instead of taking all of the customers orders first and then making the food. the «manager» if you even want to call this man that was working the register. Just one. Instead of opening another, but anyway, he would take one persons order then go run off and make the order, then come back and wait on someone else. That is a big NO in the customer service department. People were getting frustrated, including myself. The manager was very rude and extremely slow with everybody. The whole process of ordering, waiting, and receiving my food was a total time of about an hour. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE! Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this McDonald’s location again. Please, people. Avoid it at ALL costs.
