I love the concept and its a super organized company, but I had 2 faulty repairs.
I contacted customer support to ask for a refund and they said they would refund my $ 110, but that I need to contact the technician. One thing they didn’t mention is that all technicians are independent contractors, so they can refuse a refund, which my technician did. He was incredibly rude and weirdly defensive when I just asked him for my money back.
I thought it was great that the repairs have a «lifetime guarantee», but a lifetime guarantee on a crappy service means nothing. It’s really just their way of keeping your money.
