I give this place two stars if you want to eat tons of mediocre food for a low price. But the food is, uh, just meh…

Everyone enjoyed the quality and selection of food. All for a good price! Kids loved the selection of food for them as they arent huge sushi lovers.

This place is great! So many different types of sushi and other seafood. Nice and clean and servers were polite.

GROSS!!! Today I had lunch there to celebrate a birthday. Everything was going decent until I saw a huge ROACH crawling on the clean plates. So disgusting. I called the manager and showed her, she whispered«ooh my God» got a napkin and killed the roach. She took the plates to the back. I heard her scream at her staff, came back out and said to me. «sorry I will spray bug spray soon» :/never going there again

First time at Freddy’s and left very unimpressed. Seemed way overpriced, fries were seasoned way too much and I couldn’t tell which was thicker, the hamburger patties or the cheese slices. Definitely will not be coming back to Freddy’s.

This is only about the food. Not the sevice or ambiance or anything else. I love food, I’m a bad critic cuz I like most anything. But not when it’s hard, dry, old, changing color, and smells. I have never eaten anything so old at a restaurant that serves the public. Do they have a health dept. here? This is where they’re going to film the sequel to OUTBREAK.

Stay away. I’m not a food snob. The food here is old and been under a heat lamp. If there were more people here, the food would be more fresh. But it’s just not fresh, and I’m pretty sure I’m going to get food poisoning after eating here. Now going to take my family to dinner after a hard lessons learned. Trust me, keep your distance. You get what you pay for.

Msg palace. Old stale food, Chinese style sushi. There was not one thing I ate a full portion of. I had to throw out most of it even the desert. My wife didn’t like it either. Pricey for the low quality food they serve. Servers are not friendly either. We’ll never go back.

We went on a Tuesday at 8:30 pm., which were probably our first two mistakes. The food was pretty bad. The quality was low and everything was pretty chewy and tasteless. The mushrooms were good. The fried foods and skewers were dry and chewy. All the seafood tasted old and chewy.(One reviewer described the salmon as having the consistency of cooked oatmeal. I now fully understand this.) The sushi was alright. Avocado used in the sushi was brown, which is telling of the roll’s freshness, although some were made fresh. The fresh ones were good. We couldn’t even eat the desserts as they were dry and didn’t taste very good. The pastries and tarts were awful. If simple desserts can’t even be eaten and enjoyed, there’s a problem. The prices were horrendous for what we got.(Including, last but not least, food poisoning.) $ 15 for a substandard buffet. The servers were curt and non-present. We won’t be back.

Nasty food and crapy service for paying almost $ 15 a plate. The food looked like it had been sitting there all day.

If you want a sushi buffet, this is the place. The rest of the food is okay but if you want more bang for your buck go here! The yum yum sauce is my favorite. Their Las Vegas roll is as good as any expensive sushi place. It’s not a Vegas buffet and it is only like 12 bucks so don’t be expecting fine dining but I still enjoy coming here!

Very rude servers. Awful customer service. DONOTEATHERE unless you want to be treated poorly. Maybe if this establishment understood that good customer service should be part of every business, they would have more customers.

This place is not worth the money. VERY low quality food. Sushi and seafood way below par. Service was not great either. For the amount of money I would rather go to Benja’s any day. If I could give a half star I would.

The best buffet I have ever had, and at such a good price($ 9.95 lunch, what?!). I’ve stopped at St. George for quite a few years now(from CA), and this is the first time I’ve found a quality Asian restaurant. There is a wide selection of Japanese and Chinese food, and the service is really nice. Highlights of my meal include a variety of rolls, seaweed… nomnomnom, and some very authentic Chinese dishes and soups. Ichiban is definitely a must-go if you are craving Asian food and in St. George!

Ichiban does a good job with its marketing. For months I had seen glistening images of delicious sushi, masterfully prepared, arranged in neat rows on a buffet table, presented as if it was at Ichiban. When I walked through the doors for the first time, what I found was something else entirely. Well, maybe not entirely. It certainly wasn’t what I had been led to believe The sushi is the same type and quality you can find at Harmon’s only this is all you can eat. It isn’t as fine a quality as Sakura serves but it is tasty, and did I mention all you can eat? The warm entrees were decent. There were 2 or 3 that I went back for more of. My favorite item on the buffet was actually the tapioca pudding. I probably like the Beijing Buffet better, as far as Chinese buffets in STG go, but I wouldn’t normally recommend a Chinese buffet either way.

Good sushi for a great price. I love trying new things and I like being able to take one piece rather than committing to a whole role. I wish the different rolls were labeled better but some of them were an adventure. Will definitely be coming again.

We have been here a few times. I have been to many, many sushi bars/restaurants in 35 years. That said, I have to try to be objective. For being in St George this place is good. No complaints about the food. It would be nice to see more real sushi entrees(not rolls) and a few sashimi selections. Price is reasonable. Will go back. Somewhere between three and four stars is about right.

Will not be eating here again. Went to meet a friend, who did not eat with us. We were charged for her anyway and the old lady at the counter accused me of lying when I disputed the charge. As far as the food goes, the sushi was mediocre.

This is the most delicious sushi I have had! Everything here is awesome! The prices are reasonable, and they even offer a 10% discount for people 60 years of age and older. It was only 4:30PM but the place was already filling in quickly for dinner guests. It’s no wonder! Hubby said that it’s a good thing Las Vegas doesn’t have Ichiban Sushi & Seafood Buffet, because we’d be going there much too often and become much too rotund! Hey… that’s exactly how we got so fat when we first moved to Las Vegas… home of the buffets!

It is what it is. Decent sushi at a very good price. I like to consider myself among the ranks of «Sushi Guru.» Good sushi, let alone fish, is hard to come by in St. George. My favorites are Hamachi, Snapper, Maguro, Hokkigai, Unagi, Tako, Uni, etc. any of the nigiris. I don’t consider fatty fried rolls with fake crab and cream cheese to be sushi. This place has both, but I was surprised to see a fair selection of nigiri offered. The taste is very fresh for an 8.95 buffet. If they’d offer more nigiri i’d give them 5 stars!
