I purchased a LivingSocial voucher for this business — $ 200 worth of catering for $ 100. When our business had a casual lunch meeting I decided to use the voucher. The food was fine, nothing overly special, but the customer service I wouldn’t recommend. I called multiple times before getting answers, and when there was an error on the invoice I couldn’t even get a response via email. I finally called threatening to go with another company(after three unreturned voicemails and two unreturned emails) and then finally someone called me back. The whole thing seemed very disorganized and unprofessional. I even called them after the event to tie up some loose ends(they left a wire frame I thought they might want back, plus we owed them $ 13 after the voucher so I wanted to make sure it was paid) and I never heard back from them. Like I said the food was fine, but it wasn’t worth the hassle making sure it got here.

I called up J out of the blue as I was not familiar with Entrée Metropolitan. I was hosting a lunch to raise awareness for a conservation group. J delivered incredibly delicious and artfully presented food. His chocolate trifle dessert was over-the-top good. His staff were courteous, professional and just right. J’s prices are very reasonable and he was a delight to have in my kitchen. I will definitely be using Entrée Metropolitan again!
