Dixie Auto Salvage

They had the parts I needed, a fender and a grill. I had to pay for it in the spot but they wouldn’t let me get the part the same day. They told me they WILL call me the next day around 5 when the part was ready. That the hell is this. Other salvage places I’ve been to lets the customer get the part on the same day. I told them I needed the fender and grill ASAP. They still wouldn’t let me get the part until the day after. They told me they will call me when the part was ready. So I waited for the next day. They did not call me the next day. So I went in the following morning and complained got my fender and bumper. They said it’s not their fault. They’re the ones that said they would call me. It is totally their fault. This place has bad service.
