I had a disappointing first and likely last visit to the restaurant today. It did not live up to the recommendation. The food was satisfactory, nothing extraordinary. There is a small selection of breakfast standard fare items. The salad bar is tiny and was disappointing, the cole slaw and broccoli salads too creamy and not tasty. The greater problem was the reception I received, which was virtually none. The only person who was the least bit pleasant was the middle aged lady with eyeglasses who greeted me and the only thing she told me was that I could complete a sheet for a custom-made omelette. I was waiting at the table for several minutes for someone to take my beverage order. Would it not be appropriate when a guest enters whom the greeter has not seen before, to say, «Have you dined with us before?», and if the answer is no, to offer that beverages are self-service and to point out the food stations? I smiled and said«thank you» to the server/busser who cleared my first plate. She did not react and did not look at me. Might someone come by to ask if the diner needs anything and whether they are satisfied as takes place in good restaurants where management cares? Even better would be for an owner or manager to go through the dining room and interact with the customers. This is a key to the success of the Peters Township Atria’s, one of my favorite restaurants, including for extraordinary service. No one at this establishment cared. I still do not know how one gets a glass of water, which obviously is not provided when the diner is seated. The tables are too close together for a $ 12.95 brunch. It seems that one must be a recognized regular to receive any attention here. Obviously, I am left with a poor impression. I should have honored my first instinct, to enjoy a great and lavish Sunday brunch at the friendly Rivers Casino, where servers interact with customers pleasantly.

Great homemade food. Good friendly service. Sliced prime rib is tender and very good. Homemade desserts are great. The salad bar has fresh items and the bread is fresh and warm. We drove 45 min to get there and we will be back it is worth it. $ 12 all u can eat. In pittsburgh it would be double. Worth the drive. Clean dining room.

I have visited the old location several times before the fire. The new location just isn’t the same. We went once and probably won’t return. The food just isn’t as good. There were a lot of senior citizens there so I’m not sure if it is family oriented with children like the old location. I could have just went at the wrong time.

This restaurant was located in a different area a few years ago, a fire burnt down the establishment, so they reopened here, in what used to be an Eat n Park. For us, the food is not bad, nor great, its just OK. If you are on that side of Washington, Pa your choices for food will be limited, then by all means, eat here. We are also not a fan of the seating arrangement. If you end up getting seated at a table, be prepared for people to be squeezing between you and the next table to get back to the food bar. One thing I can say is the desserts are ALWAYS good.

Think Aldi’s food with the senior crowd… Not awful… Not good either… Sort of edible until you watch the kid at the next table fish food out of his mouth with his fingers then goes back to the buffet. Gave it a try as the locals like it… Guess you have to be raised with the place. Place is clean though and the people are nice.

You know, I’m not usually a fan of buffets. But I guess there’s always an exception to the rules, and Adams is that exception in my case. This place was very, very missed after its original location burned down, so it’s wonderful to have them back in action, even if the new location seems a bit smaller and doesn’t have the same wonderful vibe. The food, however, is still fantastic; my friends and I have come out for dinner on Saturday nights and happily gorged ourselves on chicken-and-meatball filled wedding soup, salad, turkey enchiladas, tender slabs of beef and ribs, Oreo chocolate chip cookies, Brownie trifle, and so, SO much more. Seriously: Saturday’s are always a great line-up food wise! Drawbacks: maybe it was just the night I went at this new place, but we waited to pay in line even longer than we waited for a table because there were so few staff members(you pay first and then wait for a table). This was just unpleasant because due to where the register is we had to wait in a line to pay that stretched out the door into the waiting area, and since we had to stand in the door people constantly pushed past us trying to get out and leave after eating… it was just a mess. Oh, and don’t show up during the last hour or so before closing; there’s almost nothing to eat by then. Still: once you wade through the line issues and you’re seated, you’ll have a blast. Be prepared to ask people to roll you out the door and to sleep off a food coma, but it’ll be worth it!

Washington PA is not exactly a foodie destination. I came for work a few years ago… I am Unilocaling about this place because it definitely adds value to the restaurant scene in this small city. Family style cooking; reportedly much from scratch and affordable at about 13 bucks for the buffet. The carving station features turkey, beef, ect. on different days. Good value, Very clean.
