This makes being a tourist in DC so easy. Show up in front of th White House. Ping the app to pick up my car, spend the day visiting dinosaurs at the natural history Museum and then when I’m ready to go back home I pinG the agent and my car is returned within minutes. So easy and simple!

Being a tourist in Washington DC this service was golden! We parked for pick up near the White House. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived. No hassle. We walked from The White House to the Washington Monument and then to the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum. We asked for pick up outside of the Museum in order to avoid to walk back to the White House. We waited for 5 minutes and were picked up as requested. All our belongings in the car untouched. Very happy with this reliable and convenient service.

I used ZIRX for the first time on 7÷29÷15. I was in an incredible rush to get to an event. I literally downloaded the app and signed up in 3 minutes. It was so quick an easy! When I got to my location the information for my pick-​up was already waiting in my app. Someone waited with my car for the pickup since I was rushing but Zach brought my car back when I was finished. He was so nice and friendly and I didn’t have to wait long. My first park was free! Best of all, there was a box (yes, a box) of water waiting for me in my cup holder — a lovely touch! I will definitely use this service many times in the future and share it with my friends. Awesome job ZIRX!

Honestly I’m really happy I found this service. When I first moved to DC, my co-​workers and friends all let me know that I driving and parking in the city is difficult, and would get expensive. So naturally i tried to metro everywhere. After I ran across an article in the Post about ZIRX, I gave it a try. I don’t commute into DC, so I use it more for meeting up with friends inside the city. Most of the time, things work out really well, and its SUPER convenient. I did notice that if I drop my pin when I’m leaving work versus when I arrive at my destination, I usually don’t have to wait, and if I do, its only a couple of minutes. The other thing is I usually request my car a few minutes before I’m actually ready for it, because it does take them a second to bring it back to me.
I feel like the service has slowly been improving. The few instances that I had a problem arise, ZIRX kept me informed, which made me happy. I think this service is definitely something that everyone should try. The price is worth it

Zirx is fantastic. I’ve been driving into DC for years, and this service has taken away a lot of the pain and aggravation of parking.
I love that everything is customized for me: I select where I’d like to drop of fmy car and Zirx dispatches an agent to wait for me until I arrive. When I’m ready to leave, I let them know, and they bring my car to me. The drivers are always friendly and courteous. The entire service is insured for $ 2 million+, so I’m never worried. I get an update when they’re on their way, when they park my car, and when they arrive.
I have their monthly pass and use them exclusively for parking in and around NW. It’s perfect. I highly recommend it – try it out and you won’t be disappointed.

This service was amazing. Was working at a client’s site in Dupont, where I would normally drive in and find parking that is a 8 minute walk away and pay around 13 – 15 $ depending on which lot has free spaces.
With this service I just hit my valet request, punched in my destination (my client’s building) and the valet person was there in their uniform waiting for me, ready to park my car. When it was time to leave (8 hours later) I simply gave them a 10 minute heads up and that same valet was there to return my car. They even gave me a box of water since it was a crazy hot day :) My valet, Alex, was super professional and polite.
Best of all, since it was my first time using this service I used a promo code valid for $ 15 meaning that I did not even pay for parking!
The only drawback is that at this point SW (area south of the Mall) is not yet covered and that is where my office is located. Otherwise I would def get their monthly pass and exclusively use them for everyday parking services.
