Meh. Dry cleaners have 4 ways to distinguish themselves: location, price, turnaround time, and customer service. This place is cheaper than the in-​house service at Foundry Lofts, but it is more expensive than washio. I’ve dealt with two employees. One is friendly and the other isn’t. The default turnaround time is longer than most (and especially washio) and the older employee gives you frown if you ask for turnaround in 1 to 2 days. So basically what this place has going for it is a good location… if you live/​work in the immediate area.

I really tried with this place, since was in the neighborhood. Sadly, the older Asian woman does not trust money from minority young professionals and is rude. NOT a fan and will NOT be back.

Friendly and very efficient staff. Products are always ready when they are promised. I would give them five stars; I just wish they were open longer hours. But they’re open as much as any other dry-​cleaner in the area.
